Not hard to solve good quality good laugh bigger than you think quite fun

This is a nice logical/STEM toy as you would expect from Rubik's. The each sections are connecting to each other nicely making the ball goes from sections to sections fine. The only downside of it is - it requires a really steady hand as the paths are not covered (the tiny ball is not running in a tunnel but on open track only). Therefore the ball falls of very easily and you shall start the "job" again. I would more like it if the paths would be tunnels for the balls.

Bought this for a fan of puzzles and Rubik's cube toys as I thought this might offer them a new sort of challenge. There were a few issues that we both discovered when playing with this toy that let it down. The tracks that you have to navigate the ball bearing through are rather challenging and almost unfair at times. One wrong move and you end up having to rattle the cube for five minutes just to get back to the same spot. This can be very frustrating as “resetting” is very time consuming and takes away from the main challenge in my opinion. When attempting to use the cube without the instructions it was very tedious. The instructions give you a hint as to what colour track the next path will have, making it easier to locate the right one without reading the very tiny numbers indented on each track. The numbers marking each track aren’t very clear and often require you to be under good lighting to see clearly. On the positive side, the puzzle is well made and I was pleased with how easily the parts rotate. It certainly looks like a lot of fun when you see someone else struggling with it but I feel like it is almost too challenging for the intended age group (8+).

This is NOT a Rubiks. Instead this is a Perpelxus with a very literal twist, like the rest of the “ball in a maze” series this has numbered and coloured tracks. Unlike the traditional ball mazes, you are required to link up the next step to progress the ball through the course. Theres two ways to attempt to go about this, match up as much of the path as possible then continue on or move one step at a time. The latter being the safer but slower option. This is particular challenge is the most complex maze Perplexus has created yet, if you find the Epic to be difficult this is even more so though to be fair its more down to the size and additional dexterity skill required to keep the ball in the current section while finding the connecting cube. The outer cubes have numbers on them too to aid orientation, the colours cannot be matched up like a Rubiks though it has the exact same twisting motions as a 2x2 cube does. I recommend trying the Fusion (3x3 version) first, although it’s slighter bigger and longer tracks, its actually not as difficult due to the track being mostly basic paths as well as having a fixed middle section.

Fun well built puzzle that is a good test of hand coordination. Good build quality as it has been dropped a few times but still intact. Youngsters who struggle to complete the steps still enjoy manipulating the ball within the puzzle.

I bought this for my grandson who has a talent for solving these types of puzzles, but this one has really kept him occupied

Es war ein Geschenk für meinen Mann. Er liebt Perpexus und Rubiks. Der Cube ist robust, lässt sich gut drehen. Aufgabe ist kniffelig, der Weg sollte in einem geschafft werden. Einmal musst mein Mann eine Schraube lösen, da meine Tochter es geschafft hat die Kugel einzuklemmen. War aber schnell gelöst. Mein Mann ist begeistert und das 3x3 Modell ist schon auf dem Weg. Also, Kaufempfehlung!

This is a great travel size version of the bigger maze! It's still challenging but I love the small size for travel but also for when we store it at home! Great toy great size!
