What's not to like for my Humax T 1000. Installed 2 aaa batteries and remote control worked the Humax perfectly with NO issues without messing about re-programming this remote. Needless to say i was delighted about that. OK it feels a bit lighter than the original remote and the plastic is not very shiny as the original remote but it does everything the same as the original remote. Note to all freeview users wth the T0000 same item as mine will NOT be able to use most of the apps like BBC iplayer etc wil not work from February 28th 2024 but will still be able to record freeview TV.

Almost identical with the real thing. It's slightly inferior plastic, so 4 stars, and one or two of the button symbols are different.I bought two since both my old remote controls had leaked their batteries and wouldn't work. A few pounds and both machines were back working. No configuration or faffing around necessary.If I didn't need two I might have bought an original but the price was too good. Recommend

I wasn't expecting great things for this price but I couldn't find an original controller for my Humax satellite box anywhere so it was worth a try.There was a long list of codes for different manufacturers and Humax wasn't even on there so I thought I would have to use the instructions for unlisted systems (which looked a bit time consuming). However, I couldn't believe that it worked with my Humax box as soon as I put the batteries in. No need for any codes - it just worked straight away! Absolutely delighted!.The remote is pretty lightweight compared to the original and some of the buttons are different but it works, which is the important bit!

This is supposed to be a replacement for a Humax Youview remote controller, but it fails on two main points.1) it is very cheaply made so that the buttons keep sticking in when you press them, which leads to unpredictable results when trying to use the controller.2) The TV function on the remote which is supposed to be able to control your TV instead of the Youview box simply does not work as specified by Humax for their controller.The coding process by which you match the controller to your specific TV does not work as specified by Humax, and there are no instructions supplied with this controller for an alternative method of selecting which TV you have. I could not make this controller work with my TV.The remote works to control the Youview box if you can press the buttons carefully to avoid them sticking in when pressed, but it is useless in its secondary role as a TV remote.Because of this, I would not recommend this product.

Having used a multi function remote for years, it decided to pack up. I tried the original remote but it too decided not to work. I was about to ditch my old Humax YouView box when I came across this.I did not hold out much hope especially at the price but now I have full functionality back and can actually see what I've recorded!It is a direct copy of the original remote but works perfectly.I'm very pleased and at this price you can't go wrong. Recommended.

Flimsy plastic and humax not available on the instructions. Disappointed.

One has to be very accurate when pointing at the TV or there is no response.
