Good for regular use
Using since March'21, i had stuffy nose every morning due to which i have to sneez every morning. After using anu tailam, my problem has reduced drastically and minimised. But have to use two times morning and night for atleast 8 to 10months.

No immediate effect, but the next morning...
Liquid smoothly enters the nose. When it reaches the throat, spit it out without swallowing. I don't feel much change at the time, but the next morning I feel refreshed. I will continue to try it.
