How is 20g of carbs low carbs?

Ok, so y’all aren’t calculating right. You subtract all of the fiber, and half of the sugar alcohol. You only subtract all of the sugar alcohol if it is something that has no effect on the glucose levels. Such as : Allulose, and Erythritol. This isn’t bad for 10g of carbs, but it doesn’t specifically list the sweetener, and Malitol is listed as an ingredient, which is a sweetener that does effect your glucose readings. I’m disappointed that this originally advertised as 2 g of net carbs, the correction is 10 for the Dark Chocolate Raspberry. I’m on the Keto diet, and this has too many carbs for that.

Why does this have soy oil and sucralose in it?

Both are cheap forms of those ingredients. Unfortunately, Grenade Nutrition has chosen to put profits ahead of the consumer's health.
