Question 1

Why do ingredients in photo differ from description? Am I misunderstanding something?

Accepted Answer

Honestly, that’s what happens when old eyes spend too much time squinting at a computer screen. I picked the wrong thumbnail image to upload. Thank you for catching this! The correct label has been added to Amazon page.

Question 2

What (if any) is the caffeine content?

Accepted Answer

There's no caffeine in The Brain Pill and a number of users report they no longer need their afternoon dose of caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drink, or sugary snack) once they start taking this supplement. :)

Question 3

how do you see the difference and or improvement in your memory?

Accepted Answer

Signs of memory improvement would include things like more easily remembering people's name or your passwords; remembering why you entered a room; less misplacing of keys, cell phone, or glasses; or quicker/easier retention of music. As the formulator of The Brain Pill I feel confident you'll sense improvements. Enjoy!

Question 4

What vitamin other than prevagen (cost) do you recommend for brian ehancement?

Accepted Answer

Maintaining the optimal functioning of the brain has been something humankind has experimented with for many thousands of years, and quite successfully. By "vitamin" I'm assuming you mean any sort of dietary supplement rather than compounds that are specific, biochemically defined as vitamins. That being said, there's a lot of great research on vitamins B6, B12 and D helping keep the brain running as it should. The amino acids L-theanine and tyrosine along with the naturally-occurring phosphatidylserine produce good results in some people. Scientists have created several compounds not found in readily nature (Alpha GPC, Huperzine A, and others) that have been shown to help proper mental activity. My own personal path as an herbalist and as a Ph.D. chemist led me to create The Brain Pill for Medicine Man Plant Co. because I felt the three traditional plants and mushrooms it contains had the strongest scientific support.
To meet the purity and power I required, The Brain Pill is made as a premium brand. If you need something low cost you might try some of the cheap lion's mane mushroom supplements available and see what they do for you.
