This works amazingly well!! I'm 41 and my hair is graying much faster than I'd like. For a long time I was using the tinted hair spray, but even that wasn't covering all my gray anymore. I was so self-conscious because my gray hair was getting out of control! So, I ran across this product and decided to give it a try. This is so super easy to use and it only takes 5 mins to apply and 10 mins to let it set in. Rinse in the shower (make sure you wear the provided gloves during this step!), then shampoo and condition and style as normal. And BINGO! Beautiful, natural looking color without the huge salon price tag. I LOVE the results. I definitely recommend this product!

For someone with short hair, one container of this is enough to cover all the grays. And cover them for quite a while. Longer even than some of the permanent dyes I've used. Price is good and two pack will last you a long time. Natural looking color. Quick to use, 10-15 mins and you're done.

This product was actually recommended for my root touchup from my stylist so I wouldn’t have to go but once or twice a year to get my hair done which saves a ton of money. The color is true to what it says on the box.

I am disappointed that I couldn't get color #10. I used #9. It is ok. It covered the roots and gray, but there was not enough in the bottle for complete root coverage. Now I will need to wait two weeks to reapply another application on the roots. I kept the applicator because it will be useful for the next time I color my hair. I will buy the full head version next time so I have enough product to cover my roots.

I have been dying my hair for a while but for some reason my gray roots have not been absorbing the color. I am usually a fan of the Loreal products so tried the dark blond root magic. It was a miracle how fast it took (total of 12 minutes including application) One thing that might have helped is that I used clarifying shampoo the day before. I used ogx brand. I will definitely be ordering this root touch up again!!
