Gorgeous smell
Absolutely great smell and looks super fresh!! I use 3 cardamoms in my English tea and this brand gives a really yummy delicious flavor to my tea . Compared to other brands ,this one stands out with freshness and flavor and scent . Love it!!

Best green cardamom I've had for long time.
I eat a lot of spiced food and have been dissatisfied with the quality of supermarket whole spices for some time. I wondered if it was my sense of taste/smell failing, but since discovering BanyanTree I'm thinking that the supermarket offerings - either own brand or from mass producers - are simply poor quality. There was an immediate rush of scent on opening this bag of cardamoms and tonight I made a batch of garam masala which reminded me of how it used to be. I can wholeheartedly recommend! On the downside, more expensive gram for gram than alternative sources, but worth it for the superior fragrance for me.

Fresh, green, flavorful
These are really nice, fresh cardamoms. They are bright green and have a lovely, powerful aroma.
