My 6mo had a severe diaper rash after starting daycare. It was worse than any other rash she’d had and the prescribed compound wasn’t doing the trick. A nurse practitioner (and mama of 5) recommended Calmoseptine and after just one use, I already knew why. My poor baby was so fussy and the cooling effect seems to be really soothing— both to a fussy baby and to an inflamed diaper area! I layered this with the nystatin-based compound on top and what seemed like a nightmare of a rash was not much more than redness and a few bumps within a couple days. It truly heals broken, red, dry and inflamed skin and in the most delicate areas. I bought a tube for daycare/diaper bag and the tub for at home— making it super easy to get enough in one go to cover the area, swiftly of course. If I could recommend one product for baby diaper care this would be it!

I had severe itching redness and rawness in my rectal area. I went to the doctor and suffered through the humiliation of having him inspect it, and then having him apply several extremely burning solutions to it that didn't cure anything, He changed my diet, and had me use Balneol rectal cleansing lotion on my toilet tissue. I did all that he said and STILL had redness, rawness, cracking and bleeding -- it was awful. I was very unhappy with what my doctor recommended, and the results were negligible. I went through an anti-yeast diet because friends told me that might the itching might be a result of yeast overgrowth, and so I went through a 30 day cleanse, changed my whole diet yet again and took caprylic acid to kill of the yeast as well as a whole bunch of probiotics as well. I STILL had the itching, redness and rawness along with blood on the toilet paper. Then one day I was searching for something on AMAZON, and this product came up. I read about it and decided to give it a try. WOW and I glad I did. I can't remember what I paid for the first jar of it, but it was well worth 10 or 20 times what I paid for it. Seriously.... When I used the product the first time, I felt it INSTANTLY begin to cool the area (I think that's the menthol in it) and the itching was gone. TRhat alone was worth what I paid for it, but wait, there's more (I sound like a infomercial now). I applied it after every shower, after every bowel movement, and every night before I went to bed -- just a little to cover the area. In THREE DAYS EVERYTHING WAS NOT ONLY ITCH FREE, BUT THE REDNESS AND RAWNESS WERE GONE ALSO! This is a HUGE deal for me. I literally couldn't tell you when the last time I had everything healed and itch free down there. It was a chronic thing that went on for several years, and this stuff got rid of it in three days. To me, it simply was MIRACULOUS! I also got some redness and rawness due to jock itch, and after the success from the other areas on my body, I tried it on the jock itch and THAT went away as well. Don't even give buying this stuff a second thought. It is fantastic, amazing, miraculous -- pick your own adjective -- and just buy it now. I'll always have this in my medicine cabinet from now on, and I highly recommend it!

I had a minor skin irritation and my Nurse Practitioner gave me a few packets of this. I threw it in a drawer and basically forgot about it for several months. Last week my son had wind burned cheeks and after two days of Eucerin application it wasn't getting better. So, I remembered this and gave it a try. His cheeks were completely normal looking after 20 minutes of this being applied. I was amazed! So much so that I applied it to the very dry sides of my nose (from constant nose blowing) before I went to bed. At first I was concerned because the menthol was almost uncomfortably tingly. That subsided after a minute and when I woke up my nose was completely better. Neosporin, vaseline, eucerin, and cortizone have never accomplished those kind of results. We are buying this for us and our family members! I wish my toddlers were baby age so I could try it out on a case of diaper rash! The product is thick and white, so if you're going to use it on your face it isn't something you are going to slather on and head out the door for the day (unless you don't mind looking like a geisha for a few hours).

Menthol is great in this product. Moist barrier of Zinc works.
