The best keto and gluten free cookies I’ve ever had. Period.
I have been gluten free for years, and recently started keto. We found these keto cookies on Amazon and wanted to give them a try. I am SO GLAD we did! These are the absolute best cookies i have had in SUCH a long time and plus theyre keto! My boyfriend is hoarding them so that i dont eat them all in one day because i totally would. These cookies taste like they are made with super premium ingredients. They melt in your mouth but also somehow have a crunchy satisfying cookie texture. Also the lemon flavor is just amazing. They are exactly the right amount of sweet too. Also worth mentioning I am sensitive to several of the cheaper keto sweetners like asulfatamane potassium, and sucralose, so i am very happy these cookies dont contain either. My first words when i tasted this was “These cookies are lifechanging!!!” I stand by that statement. Thank you HighKey for making such a wonderful product!!!

Yes! So good!
My husband and I have been keto/low carb for almost three years. In that time, I've tried every lemon-flavored low carb dessert anything I could get my hands on, and every single one of them disappointed. Every. Single. One. Until these -- I don't know what kind of magic and pixie dust they used, but they're perfect. They're really good -- not "good for a low carb cookie;" just good, period. These aren't cheap for the quantity you get. You're absolutely paying for the convenience of having a grab and go keto snack instead of trying to make one yourself. For me, it's worth the cost if it means I stay on plan, because I know I'm not going to bake my own cookies despite my best intentions. Your mileage may vary. One last note: These do have a bit of the erythritol cooling sensation, which usually bothers me, but I find it works well with the lemon flavor. If it really bothers you, try Highkey's lemon flavored "almond tea cookies." They have a similar taste, though slightly more subtle, and the texture is a little different (more like shortbread), but there's no cooling sensation. They're also quite tasty. Enjoy!

Lemony, delightful, slight aftertaste
I'm recently embarking on a low-ish-carb diet due to a prediabetes diagnosis, and I love lemon cookies tremendously. These are delightful, and satisfying even as a 3-Cookie half-serving -- I don't feel a need to eat an entire bag at once by any means. The texture is perfect, recognizably a cookie. Though I wouldn't pack them in a lunchbox due to fears of crumbling, they made it to my house just fine. I do detect a slight aftertaste (I blame the Stevia), but I think they're good enough to keep in my cabinet when a little burst of lemon is just what I need.

Really great cookies, dieting or not
These cookies(both) are delicious. The snickerdoodles are filled with cinnamon & the lemon could not be any more lemony. They taste great. And for a person that has been told to loose weight or else they are even better. They are keto approved with only 2 carbs in a serving. Each individual package has 2 servings in them. These are terrific.

aftertaste
Lemon cookies have an aftertaste, like there is too much stevia in them which is making them leave a bitter aftertaste after you chew them.. are crumbly and although i really like sweet lemon baked goods, these are not worth getting again to ‘me’ and definitely not worth the extra net carb per serving.. if you have issues with stevia, they may not be to your liking either. Chocolate chips are much better, after the first cookie or two, the slight aftertaste evaporates and cookies end up being pretty good. crumbly too but, still good. yummy crumbled over carbsmart vanilla ice cream too.. these i would buy again but, only at a sale price or bought from one of the store club (B) that carries the 6.5oz for less than here. bought the vanilla wafer cookies, the double chocolate brownie cookies and the snickerdoodle cookies… haven’t tried these flavors yet but, my guess the chocolate chips will end up being the best of them.

Yummy!!
These cookies were delicious and I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy. I’m not a big fan of sweeteners beside sugar because of aftertaste. I did notice a slight one a few minutes after I had a few but not during. The lemon taste just like lemony shortbreads. The choc chip was buttery and sweet. (I haven’t had chocolate in a month and was missing it) and the double choc chip brownie was rich and good. I will definitely buy again. Pricey but worth the price tag after eating a 90% plant based diet for a month and feeling sad at the thought of another vegetable as a snack.

Taste not at all likr lemon cookies
Im use to keto being small amounts but i felt confident the makers were compensating by giving you three bags for the price. I thought these would be a treat for mother( borderline diabetic)letting her have one bag and putting the others away for later. She told me a day or so later she did not like the cookies. And I’m thinking maybe its was she was just set in her ways or her tastes were changing. There were only a few so we tossed the rest. About a week layer i wanted something with coffee and opened the second bag and nearly gaged. There were NOT the lemon cookies i remembered or any keto cookies I’ve tasted. Maybe I’m getting keto and gluten free confused, but it was not to my palette at all And i tossed the bag. I froze the last bag Why i have no idea. But it will not be buying these EVER again. Maybe a friend is keto will like it if not ill end up sending it to the bin as well.

Been dying for a good lemon flavored treat!
I have tried so many Lemon products over the many years of my existence, both before and after changing to a ketogenic lifestyle, and unless I made them I was always disappointed at the lack of lemon flavor...until now! These HighKey lemon cookies completely surprised me. Opening the bag was a lovely burst of lemon which made me doubt them based off past things but the taste matched! The texture was soft, and did stick in the teeth a little, but not enough to be too bothersome. They were not overly sweet or tart to me, it was the perfect balance. I will definitely order more in the future.
