Fix up your red bottoms!
The color is PERFECT!! It's perfect to replace the pain on your red bottoms if you wear it off. So easy to paint in and the dries very fast. No smell to this paint and since it dries so fast it's not sticky. It's very thin and you can LIGHTLY dip your brush in and you can cover your whole shoe!

Amazing Red leather sole paint!
This is an exactly what I was looking for to restore the sole of my expensive shoes. The vibrant red is an identical color match, offers high coverage and is very functional. It’s is very durable compared to the latex sole stickers. The smell is no bad and it dries. If you want to restore your leather shoe sole with with minimal effort, this is the Leather shoe paint for you.

Excellent option for restoring worn red soles!
I bought a pair of used Louboutins knowing I would have to do some repair myself. I have included images of the shoes as I received them - not a ton of wear, but clearly dirty/had been worn out. The photos are annotated to show the process in case you are facing a similar situation. The paint isn't an EXACT match for a variety of reasons, but it is pretty dang close and not at all noticeable if you don't have your nose to the shoe. Since I bought these used and already worn, I was mostly looking for "good enough" and I think this product way exceeded that expectation. I did opt to buy the gloss finish from the same company and I think it was worth the extra - see image with one glossed and one not glossed. With or without the gloss, the quality for the price is easily worth it. As one other reviewer mentioned, you will have MUCH better results if you sand down some of the rougher wear spots. If I were to do this again, I would start with a 150 grit and remove most/all of the original paint on the worn part and then work up to a 350 to get a smooth finish. At a minimum you should scuff up any surface you plan to paint so that the paint has something to stick to (think about painting your nails - the paint sticks better to a buffed surface). There seem to be conflicting experiences about how quick the paint dries, but for me it was within minutes, so I was able to do 3-4 coats of paint and the gloss finish all in one sitting. The actual application of the paint was easy, just pay attention at the edges. My plan for these is to cover them with a 3M vinyl film to protect the soles from further wear. As others have mentioned, this is just a fresh layer of paint - just like the original that scuffs off. If you plan to wear them outside/on rough surfaces, you should add another layer of protection and/or plan to repaint multiple times throughout the life of the shoe. Tips: - Clean the soles - remove any dirt or sticker residue - SAND THE SOLE - seriously, this will improve the dry time, the adherence, and the finished look - Use a fine paint brush like those used for crafts (I attached an image of mine) - especially if you're painting heels with a pointy tip, the smaller brush makes it easier to get full coverage without painting the shoe part - Buy the gloss finish (from the same company) - Consider using painters tape to protect the parts of the shoe you are not painting (especially if the shoes are suede - the wet paint will wipe pretty easily off patent leather if you catch it right away) Happy painting!

Bought to repair Christian Louboutin shoe soles
Purchased to repair my Christian Louboutin shoe soles. The paint color is relatively close but not a dead on match. When applied, unless your close up, you wouldn't know the soles were repaired. In terms of durability, the touch of paint is no better and no worse then the original, meaning its on the sole of your shoe and unless you put clear protectors, its going to wear. Application was relatively simple and you just need to make sure the area is clean before touching up. Once you touch it up, let it dry completely before wear. Overall I would recommend the paint for anyone needing to repair their Christian Louboutin shoes.

Almost new! Fantastic product!
I don’t typically write reviews but this product is exceptional. The soles of my shoes were wrecked, but I followed the instructions and they are beautiful. I did have to apply 4 coats to get a nice even finish, but well worth it! Highly recommend!

Good passing Louboutin match for quick touch ups
As a Louboutin collector, I do take a lot of my heels and boots to a professional cobbler annually for touchups. Most of my shoe collection has the rubber treads installed on the bottom, but they still require touch ups on the actual stiletto or inside the arch from where I rest my foot on chair bars. I've found that the red color has varied over the years and seasons with Louboutin (all of my shoes are authentic and purchased from Loub boutiques), some shoes have more of an orange tone and others a darker. I'm not sure if this is due to wear/aging, or if this is a manufacturing issue. With that said, this color will not match EVERY shoe, but I've found it's been a solid match for most. For touch ups in between major repairs and resoles, it's a great item to keep on hand. Dries fairly quickly and easy to work with. I personally recommend: Prior to painting, running a fine sandpaper down the sole to get an even layer, wiping with water or alcohol to remove residue, and allowing to dry. The fumes can be strong if you're sensitive so paint in a place with good air circulation or outside. This paint is very thin, so paint in small strokes. With a red, you will want to do multiple coats, allowing each time to dry in between.

Vernice facile da applicare con un pennello piatto. Asciuga velocemente. Sono necessarie più passate per rendere omogeneo il risultato. Pienamente soddisfatta.
