The Privacy Performance Test This is where these covers truly shine. I got these for my iPhone 13 and laptop as well as for my father's iPhone 13 and iPad. It was easy to install and I was happy. Then I started having a weird problem with my phone going black during calls. I had to press the side buttons of my iPhone to try to turn off my phone but then cancel the powering off and my screen would come back. I troubleshooted and researched on google and found out it was most likely that the product was blocking the proximity sensor. The proximity sensor is what makes it possible for you to have the phone to your ear/cheek and you not press anything on the screen because it senses that your face is close to it and so the screen is supposed to go black but it is also supposed to come back on when you take it away from your face....and mine wasn't doing that so I decided to change the location of where it was on my phone. I placed it in the opposite position, so that when it slid off the camera on the front it slid to the left instead of going to the right like I had it before. It seems to have fixed the problem. Also, during my research, I found that Apple has advised not to use these on laptops because it can cause damage. They did say that if you still want to use one, do not close your laptop because it can break the screen. Also, choose a product that leaves no residue. This product doesn't leave a residue. I don't have a Macbook laptop. I have a Lenovo Windows laptop which I use as a desktop replacement. I don't take it anywhere except on rare occasions and I never close it so I can't tell you if it can cause problems on Lenovos. I also did not research that for the same reason. It is easy to install, use and move if you need to. The price is also very good! As long as you install it correctly on iPhones and follow Apple's suggestions when using these types of products on Macs I think this is a great product.

The concept of this webcam cover is great — it’s ultra-thin and easy to install, and it definitely helps add a layer of privacy protection. However, it didn’t work that well for me on my phone since I’m constantly moving it around, and the cover tends to slide off easily. The adhesive tape isn’t very strong, so it doesn’t stay in place for long on mobile devices. That said, I think it would work much better on a laptop or computer, where the camera stays in one spot. Overall, a solid product with a good design — just not ideal for phones that get a lot of movement.

These cover the camera great, but don't stay stuck on. I'm on my 3rd camera cover now. The 1st one broke and fell off. These don't stick on very well.

These camera covers work well on both my phone and my laptop, and they give me some extra peace of mind about privacy. They stick on nicely overall, with only one that didn’t adhere quite as well as the others, but most have stayed firmly in place. I like that they don't stick out much, so it's not distracting. For the price, they’re a good value for the added privacy they provide, and I’m sure I’ll buy more in the future as I get new devices.

Easy to install! and even easier to use. Just slide to cover your computer camera. This is a must have so that no one can hijack your computer's camera and look at you. I use these on every computer camera that I have in my house as well as my job. Looks decent on your computer as well. Trust me, everyone should have one of these on their computer.

Bought this recently, comes with 3 white and 3 black web cam sliders. The sliders are easy to stick and very easy to slide open and close.

Definitely does the job covering the camera, however it tends to wander a little up, down, left and right from its initial position - especially when I put my phone in my pocket.
