I had a great experience purchasing my laptop from this company. The laptop arrived quickly and on time. The condition was excellent, especially for a secondhand device. There are only a couple of very minor dings, which are barely noticeable. I’m including photos of them for transparency, but they don’t affect the laptop in any way and are purely cosmetic. I also absolutely love the rose gold color. It’s a very pretty and sleek laptop. The laptop itself has been great so far. It’s fast, responsive, and I haven’t experienced any lagging or performance issues. Everything runs smoothly. The battery life also seems to be very good from what I’ve seen so far, though I haven’t used it consistently enough to give a full review on that. The only issues I experienced were related to learning the laptop’s ventilation design. I noticed it can get warm and over heat if it’s placed on a blanket, carpet, or other soft surface. The fan is located near the back hinge, so airflow can become restricted if the vents are blocked. As long as it’s used on a desk, table, lap desk, or other solid surface, it performs perfectly and stays cool. Setup was super easy, and the company included a free one-year warranty with the laptop, which was a really nice bonus. They’re also sending me a pair of free EarPods. Their customer service has been fantastic, they communicate through both phone calls and text messages, and the texting option is especially convenient. They’re responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely buy from them again. Great product, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

Only leaving one star because It was in the condition they stated (very little scratches) This MacBook continues to have issues from not connecting to WiFi to being locked out for weeks I’ll try my password and it won’t work one week , the next week it will (same password as every account I’ve ever created) as of this morning it is a dead MacBook with NO USE! There is no way in it I’ve contacted Apple support ive factory reset and nothing works!!! There’s most definitely an internal issue ! Apples suggestion was to TRASH IT !! I would not recommend purchasing refurbished as it is a waste of a lot of money !!! Single mom trying to get through school and got screwed in the long run. The review took a while because I don’t use it everyday so I have noticed the glitches and issues and said it must just need to “fully load” or something of that nature just trying to convince myself it is okay because I really needed this laptop for school projects and reports. I should have sent it back when I had a chance. please purchase directly from Apple and NEW. I will say when it did work correctly- then it did! There was about a 3 day period where it had no glitches whatsoever but for $400 I expect atleast 400 days 😭

I rarely write reviews because they are time consuming, and to be honest I'm really tired and lazy at the end of the day, but I had to jump on here and write a review because this company has very much earned it. Initially, I was really hesitant to order this. I had the same exact year and model and LOVED my old laptop, but alas, it was not meant to be. One night of FaceTiming with a long distance friend and three glasses of rosé paired with...I don't know, apparently I like to move my hands a lot when I'm excited? Weird, I know...and my laptop got to experience the wine, but not in a good way, and it fried. Now, I'm a Mac girl through and through. Call me trendy, extra, basic, but come on. Have you seen the screens on these things? GORGEOUS. So I wasn't going to but a middle of the road laptop. I had finished college, and I have a desktop in my office for work, so I figured I could bypass a laptop. Nope. Being salaried and a preschool director with a killer new job, I'm going to need a laptop to work from home on weekends. But we all know Apple is not budget friendly. You want a new Apple product? Cool, we're gonna need you to take out a second mortgage or work four jobs for approximately ten years. Yeah, no thanks. After window shopping, I found this beauty. Less than four hundred dollars? Excellent condition? Add to cart. Once I ordered, I realized I didn't check reviews, so off I went, and found they were very mixed. I contemplated cancelling the order, but then figured it was already put through and charged, so I might as well risk it. I am so glad I did. When it arrived, my husband immediately charged it. I got home and saw it sitting on our kitchen island in all its glory. Beautiful color, zero keyboard deficiencies, screen with zero flaws. There is a chip on the bottom right corner of the shell which is very small. You can't notice it unless you are studying it like you're back in high school biology. Installed a case, and you can barely remember it's there. So far, so good. I turned it on very hesitantly, worried that it would have a flaw on the screen, freeze, have a fan that sounded like a turbo jet, any amount of things. Nope. It runs better than my previous one. Setup was simple, my account is connected, runs like a marathon runner who has trained their entire life. I am in love. If this was laptop was a good looking man, I would run away with it. All in all, it runs beautifully and I will one hundred percent be purchasing from this company again. My daughter is going to need a laptop soon, so...take my money. All in all, I'm incredibly surprised in the best way possible. HUGE thank you to this company. I'm so happy.

I’m very very pleased with my purchase. It delivered 2 days earlier than expected. I did have to charge it to turn it on. But I didn’t have problems setting it up. Im more experienced with PC so this is a learning curve. It looks brand new, no physical issues at all. I let it fully charge and update. Now I’m able to work seamlessly between my laptop and phone. It runs great.

This refurbished MacBook has been a great purchase so far! It runs smoothly, boots up quickly, and handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and work without any issues. The condition was better than expected with only minor signs of previous use. The battery life is solid, and it feels like a reliable, high-quality laptop at a much better price. A really good option if you want Apple performance without paying full retail!

UPDATE: It's probably been over a month since I wrote my initial review. After receiving my first MacBook that came with a hardware issue, I immediately reached out to the seller to see if they would replace it. They responded immediately and said they would send me a replacement, so after sending my faulty MacBook in, my replacement came in about a week. Since then, I have had no issues with my new one and I am excited to hopefully have this one for many years! Unfortunately, I am going to need to return the one I received as there is most likely a hardware issue. I am really disappointed because I was really excited for this MacBook! I need this for school and I was planning on using this for many years but I can't spend almost $400+ for it to come broken, I don't have that kind of money. The model I received came with Catalina OS and it had a few issues such as weird frame rate stuff in browser and no sound driver. Both of these issues were fixed when I upgraded to the most recent OS, Sequioa. However, since the night I received it, I have consistently gotten the error message "Your computer was restarted because of a problem" and the error code that it sends to Apple is always the same. There is a kernel panic that I have been told is a major hardware issue and I cannot afford to replace this if the hardware fails anytime soon! I will certainly update this when the issue is resolved, because I love everything about this laptop. The screen is bright and beautiful, the keys are a wonder to press and it's super easy to use (Lifelong Mac User here).

I love this laptop, but after having it for a little over a month, I do have one major concern. I’m giving it 3 stars because the battery life is much shorter than expected. After about 2 hours of use, it already needs to be charged. Based on what I read before purchasing, the battery should last much longer, so I’m wondering if I may have received a refurbished unit with battery issues. I’ve also noticed that it gets quite warm during use and while charging. Since I read that these laptops are inspected before being sold, it makes me wonder whether this issue was present during the inspection process and, if so, how it was overlooked. Aside from those concerns, it’s a really good laptop with no cosmetic damages and performs well overall.

Buyer beware, do not purchase a computer from this company! The refurbished 2020 Mac laptop I bought is a complete LEMON, it barely works, everything is so SLOW. I stupidly thought it was my home Internet connection for a while and missed the return window. But after having several experts look at it, and multiple people try to help me, it turns out this is just a crummy computer that wasn't "refurbished" well, if at all. I have to clear the cache and the browsing history every time I open a browser just to wait like 10 minutes for one website to load. I've kept up with all the updates and still the computer can't run more than one program at a time and makes this horrible whirring noise whenever it's on.

Do not recommend!! Item came poorly packaged and didnt work.

L'ordinateur est supposé être remis à neuf, mais il a clairement quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Dès que je pars l'ordinateur, il y a un geos bruit de ventilateur/ fan. Ce n'est pas normal j'ai eu de multiples macbook et il ne faisaient jamais autant de bruit même après des annnées d'utilisation. Je vous déconseille d'acheter.
