This is going to help me work with existing daily practice and get me into reading music sheets better - and maybe help me improve on harmonising in time - It the first paper piano book I’ve bought as the primer was downloaded and I do like and perhaps prefer how clear and structured the book is. I also stumbled across the silicone removable key notes identifier which I ordered at the same time and they worked well together for me personally at being able to check I was hitting the right keys in the right octave - something I often mixed up whilst progressing through primer book. I learnt and played the first piece of music soon after they arrived today and found silicone key identifier was really helpful tool assisting me quickly checking I am reading the music sheet from the book correctly. I will incorporate the initial book’s music sheets into a new daily 30 min routine as it seems the better way to progress now for me having completed the primer book before I look to progressing to the grade 1 book. Pretty pleased I came across this book as I didn’t feel ready to move onto grade 1 just yet. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn slowly and correctly rather than just rush through to get to the next stage. Mind you I need to as my piano playing still pretty sucks lol.
