High in purines if you eat too much.
Nicest thing iv'e had for a long time. I loved it with a splash of lemon and lime and a drizzle of cold pressed rape seed oil. Unfortunately I ate too much and its high in purines. I now have gout and cant walk with out crutches. I will be just eating small amounts after this. I hope i can anyway.
