Hot keys (netflix, hulu, prime) doesn't work. Is there a way of having it work? I only have the option to select these by using home key

I had to return this remote because it would not sync with my Samsung TV.

Is this work with old samsung tv?

It worked with my 3 year old Samsung. Beyond that I don't know. You'd probably have to contact Samsung.
