These work pretty well pregnant or not for grip strength work or as a stress relief. Can honestly say I used it more during pregnancy cramps and early contractions, not at all for full-on labor. It was packed and definitely the very last thing on my mind to even consider while laboring

Haven't gotten to use mine yet but my bf is already happy that he might not have his hand completely crushed once I go into labor lol

i like the idea of the product. i personally couldnt adjust it and was really hard to squeeze. i attempt to use it but ultimately didnt because it was taking more time to adjust than use. i dont think i would get/use this item again if it was needed.

I really looked forward to using this in labor and delivery. I love the concept of being able to squeeze to help during the discomfort of laboring. I felt that it was difficult to squeeze in the moment even with loosing up the tension. Ended up not really using it because of this.

I love how you can adjust the strength needed to squeeze! Definitely going to help me from killing my husband's hand during labor lol!

The product's resistance is adjustable; however, its compact size may affect the user's comfort during operation. Colour is just as advertised.
