Brilliant - original lens cap fits over this!
Bought for new X100 vI - perfect fit. There is a small rubber seal (and a spare included) behind the cap so you can rotate it to align and then keep it tight. You can see the slight corner of the shade in the OVF but not in the EVF. Well worth price for keeping my protective filter pristine! Silver version a perfect match for my body (the cameras!)

Works well but I’ve a tip for helping it tighten to the correct level
Love this lens hood. Looks great and provides lots of extra protection. My only issue is that after a few times of attaching and detaching the hood, it no longer tightens at the correct level, leaving it very slightly tilted. It’s so minor but still irritated me. I found a fix though - I attached a small elastic band around where you screw on the hood and it gave just enough extra resistance to tighten at the perfect level every time - definitely recommend doing that if it’s annoying you too

Good but not perfect
Looks nice and matches the silver colour very well so that it looks very natural, like an official Fuji product. But like others say, when you fully tighten the hood it is not straight and therefore you need to loosen it a bit to get it level. Sometimes you can then accidentally knock it and move it to an angle slightly. Not a bit deal but they should have manufactured this out during testing. Also it's a tad expensive what it is, about a tenner less would have been right. However no vignetting etc and pretty easy to fit. Don't throw away the spare red elastic band as this is a spare in case you break the one that comes with it ( think it enables it to thread properly when you screw it on).

Excellent lens hood for x100VI
I was unsure when buying this lens hood if it would 100% fit the camera as some reviews had said it did not screw in fully. Happy to say that it fits the Fujifilm X100VI perfectly. Excellent colour matching too. I paired it with a B + W UV filter.

Stunning little hood!
I’m giving this a 5* review for the product as it is a beautiful and functional accessory for the X100V. Unfortunately the first hood arrived with both rubber rings missing in a box that had obviously been opened raided and returned to Amazon. I’ve returned that one, which will no doubt be sent out to the next unlucky buyer (possibly you). The hood is a two piece affair with a filter adapter that screws on to the X100 lens (remember to remove the original screw on bit of trim). The adapter has a milled gnarled outer ring that looks even better than the the V’s focus ring. The hood part screws on to the filter adapter, with the red rubber ring between them. The rubber ring is essential because it’s the part that allows the hood to set horizontal. A spare rubber ring is also included. I still like the original round lens hood (pictured), but this is a great look too!

Almost perfect
Well made lens hood that is easy to fit and use. Some have remarked that - because it's a screw fit - it does not sit straight when fully tightened. To an extent this is true but you can always achieve a straight fit by varying how 'tight' you screw it on. I have also had no issues fitting a UV filter. The downside is that you really cannot use the metal Fuji lens cap (despite advertising that it fits). It does not fit with the hood in place - and if you remove the hood it doesn't securely fit the adaptor ring either.. Why not just supply a purpose made rubber end cap ?? You either have to remove the whole thing to fit the Fuji cap or just live without a lens cap.

Amazing quality and fits perfectly on the X100VI
The only downside of it as that it obstructs a bit of the flash when shooting on close range, but that's not the fault of the manufacturer, there is no way around it unless the shape is changed, but if you take a picture of something/someone far from the camera, there will be no impact. I am yet to try the weather sealing. but it looks all good to me so far.

Does NOT Align with Fujifilm X100V
I ordered this square hood to aid in protecting my Fujifilm X100V. The arrival was quick (as expected from Amazon Prime). I fitted the hood to my camera there are no instructions and it's self-explanatory to an extent) you just unscrew pre-existing ring from the end of the lens and then screw the included adapter and add a filter if you want (I added a BW XS-Pro 40 Digital filter). Everything screws into place - HOWEVER - it does not align no matter how much you try it will not align and is vertical instead of horizontal. I tried with a filter on and off and still no joy. It ruins the aesthetic look of an otherwise beautiful camera. One option would be to leave it loose and then position it. The problem is that it then rattles and is no longer weatherproof. This is a bad buy and I do not recommend you waste your time with it unless you don't care how your camera looks. I wish I had read further down at other reviews that say the same thing. Not fit for purpose.

It may work for you, but not for me. I recently purchased a Fujifilm x100vi and yes, you can put the original cap of the x100vi, but it still leaves a some open gaps and it can be uneven. Though I didn't test out the overall product to see how the pictures turning out. I simply had to return and found a better option that includes a uv filter and proper squarehood that covers the full all the gaps.
