The sausage by itself is too hard to stir but once I put the milk in my pan in the stir works amazingly at one and some thing that I can walk away and stir the gravy and not have it burn, you turn it down a couple of notches more than normal if you were standing there and stirring, but in the end my gravy, second with the the sausage in the gravy worked out really well. The next thing that we’re gonna make will be rice pudding. Our recipe is quite simple, 1 gallon of milk, 1 cup of rice .
