My son loves it

Absolutely gorgeous cover and just the perfect size to keep in my purse on my trip to Japan. This journal is very sturdy. Pages are easy to write on and the ink does not bleed through. I bought two and will use my second one for a trip as well. I usually use Moleskin journals to record thoughts and activities while traveling. I really like this one. My only "complaint" is that it doesn't have elastic strap to keep it closed, but that didn't turn out to be an issue

I was initially disappointed with the size of the book when it came, but that is mostly my fault for not looking at details and buying it for its cover. Speaking of the cover, it is so beautiful and rich feeling for a "soft" cover. It is actually fairly stiff and has a slightly holographic look in some light. The color makes it look like light is dancing off it. I have decided I like the pages because I will easily fill them and feel more accomplished, rather than half full larger pages. I would reccomend to anyone looking for a fancy pocket book.
