Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles Relieve Flat Feet Heel Pain Shock Absorption Comfortable Insoles

Great pair of insoles, I’ve tried many insoles including name-brand ones, gel insoles, foam insoles and more but these have been the most comfortable and most supportive. They have good arch support which helps to maintain correct foot posture and prevents flat feet & over-pronation which means you don’t get any plantar fasciitis, arch pain or metatarsal pain. They are thick and durable but have good flex and for the money I really think they are good value. Size-wise I bought UK size 10 and they fit perfectly in most size 10-11 shoes and work boots, they don’t slip around or fold over at all but are still easily taken out to put into different shoes.

The reviews don't lie. These are top quality and have an immediate impact on reliving pain from plantar fasciitus. I'm a 6ft1 105 kg male mid 40s who's only just realised that the pain in my heels in the mornings which wears off after 30 mins is also related to why walking long distances has become painful. Plantar fasciitus. These insoles are made of a hard shell like material which I'm really hopeful will last over time. The size was perfect, the size 11 insoles perfectly fit my UK 11 boots. They really well shaped to lift the heel. There's also a little ball for the inner part of the arch which I wasn't sure about at first, but I got used to quickly during the day, and got to like it. The relief was almost immediate. After walking all day yesterday without them and nearly being unable to walk this morning, I've just walked around town and was in no serious discomfort at all, despite being in the same boots as yesterday but having just added these instead of the original insoles. I've just bought two more pairs for my other shoes, I was so impressed. Time will tell how long they last, but I'm hopeful.

Had these a couple months now. Their comfortable, however I find them uncomfy after 3 plus hours but my plantar is particularly bad in one foot, they do help more than not having them. Give them a try if your plantar isn't too bad or need to realine your foot position. My left foot rolls quite badly inward so I think for me, a podiatrist made arch support is the way to go. I do think that these come in various heights of arch support too. Over all, their better than nothing, seems a negative review but try them, each of us has unique plantar & foot issues. They fit my shoes great, with some slight trimming. Good value for money compared to Boots ect.

Not quite what I expected, very hard and actually hurt my foot and made it worse for plantar fasciitis. There is a ball shaped part in the middle which hurts my foot. Price is cheap , size is perfect , easy to install but there are much better options that actually helped my plantar fasciitis. Wouldn’t recommend

Surprisingly effective. Seems very hard as I expected something cushioned & soft to ease the pain, perseverance is key as they do work. Also try using a small frozen water bottle n roll it with your foot along the floor as you sit relaxing, rolling it in the arch of your foot. (Bought to help ease Plantar fasciitis-which feels like standing on broken glass very painful when walking) Reasonably priced & arrived on time, good for pain relief, supported the arch of my foot, good size Highly recommend these 🏆⭐️

Work really well and helps with heel pain. Contrary to some reviews I find they do make the shoe fit tighter which fortunately was what I wanted as boots were too big but worth factoring in !

Ich leide unter Senkfüßen und habe mir daher diese Sohlen bestellt. Sie sind besser als das was mir der Orthopäde für viel Geld individuell hergestellt hat! Reinlegen in die Schuhe und los gehts. Ich kann prima damit laufen und empfinde die Einlagen auch nicht als störend. Waren auch passgenau für meine Schuhgröße. Kann ich wirkich weiterempfehlen. Günstig und gut!
