I'm a 6ft1 105 kg male mid 40s who's only just realised that the pain in my heels in the mornings which wears off after 30 mins is also related to why walking long distances has become painful. Plantar fasciitus. These insoles are made of a hard shell like material which I'm really hopeful will last over time. The size was perfect, the size 11 insoles perfectly fit my UK 11 boots. They really well shaped to lift the heel. There's also a little ball for the inner part of the arch which I wasn't sure about at first, but I got used to quickly during the day, and got to like it. The relief was almost immediate. After walking all day yesterday without them and nearly being unable to walk this morning, I've just walked around town and was in no serious discomfort at all, despite being in the same boots as yesterday but having just added these instead of the original insoles. I've just bought two more pairs for my other shoes, I was so impressed. Time will tell how long they last, but I'm hopeful.

I absolutely love these insoles. I bought them because my feet had been aching for weeks and the heel pain was getting ridiculous. These have helped so much. The arch support is firm but comfortable and they fit neatly into my shoes without feeling bulky. From the first day I could feel the difference. Walking felt easier and the sharp heel pain eased almost straight away. They give a nice bit of cushioning without making you feel wobbly and they have held their shape really well. The size was spot on and the green colour makes them easy to spot when I am swapping them between shoes. They are comfortable for long days on my feet and they do not rub or slip. I am genuinely impressed with how much relief they have given me. Very happy with them and will be buying another pair.

Due to an injury with my plantar ligament/tendon a couple years back I've had plantar fascitis flare ups a few times a year. These are comfortable, perfect size, good support however I would of preferred more of an arch but they do provide a decent amount of arch support. Happy I can wear my vans again with better support because of these insoles.

Just used in slippers so far, but intend to buy another couple of pairs for my shoes. These are so good and helped almost immediately with my foot pain. Recommended! Better price than Boots (£24!)

Surprisingly effective. Seems very hard as I expected something cushioned & soft to ease the pain, perseverance is key as they do work. Also try using a small frozen water bottle n roll it with your foot along the floor as you sit relaxing, rolling it in the arch of your foot. (Bought to help ease Plantar fasciitis-which feels like standing on broken glass very painful when walking) Reasonably priced & arrived on time, good for pain relief, supported the arch of my foot, good size Highly recommend these 🏆⭐️

Had these a couple months now. Their comfortable, however I find them uncomfy after 3 plus hours but my plantar is particularly bad in one foot, they do help more than not having them. Give them a try if your plantar isn't too bad or need to realine your foot position. My left foot rolls quite badly inward so I think for me, a podiatrist made arch support is the way to go. I do think that these come in various heights of arch support too. Over all, their better than nothing, seems a negative review but try them, each of us has unique plantar & foot issues. They fit my shoes great, with some slight trimming. Good value for money compared to Boots ect.

Ich leide unter Senkfüßen und habe mir daher diese Sohlen bestellt. Sie sind besser als das was mir der Orthopäde für viel Geld individuell hergestellt hat! Reinlegen in die Schuhe und los gehts. Ich kann prima damit laufen und empfinde die Einlagen auch nicht als störend. Waren auch passgenau für meine Schuhgröße. Kann ich wirkich weiterempfehlen. Günstig und gut!
