No foul odour or fishyness
Its fish oil. I guess they're right about not doing fishy burps and it not having a bad odour. I took it first thing in the morning sometimes and not stomach issues. Hopefully its good quality and keeps me healthy. Ask again in 10 years.

Fish oil
I had a reaction, ( lot of gas, wind)but I'm not sure if it was the change in tabs from ones I normally use. But otherwise they seem to work. O have stopped them due to the constant reflux.

It clearly says take 3 a day!
Hi fast delivery and it clearly says on the product description that you take 3 a day and it clearly says on the back that its 3 per serving.Its not misleading what so ever like some people have said in there reviews.So full potency will be take 3 a day.You can take up to 3 per day but no more.My tablets just came by post and i just had 3 softgels.Looks great to me im sure they will work.Fantastic price and worth every penny.I really like superself products there great ❤️Remember its 3000mg per serving so thats completly true.people just dont bother reading it properly.Its 3 per serving.

Omega 3 Oil
I'm very happy with the Omega 3, I've been taking these for about a month now along with the D3 + K2 for my knee pain, I must say it's done wonders i Will deffo buy again...

Fishy Burp.
They do have a slight fishy burp. I've chucked them in the freezer, but I was disappointed after taking them with a big meal, that I did have a pretty nasty fishy burp for about an hour afterwards. Other than that. they look like a good product and turned up next day.

Muy satisfechos con estas cápsulas de Omega-3. En mi caso las tomo por la mañana y la digestión es perfecta, sin molestias ni repeticiones. A mi marido le van mejor si las toma después de comer, ya que en ayunas puede notar un ligero regusto a pescado. Aun así, el producto es de buena calidad, fácil de tomar y cumple con lo esperado. Sin duda, una compra recomendable.
