I used it to fill 32 screw/nail holes today and still have prolly half the bottle left. This stuff is awesome!

Is this good for exterior nail holes?

I can only vouch for interior holes, which this handled very well.

Do you remove the hard plastic at bottom of tube or you use it?

the hard flat plastic area at the end of the tube is to be used like a putty knife
