I can't believe I didn't upgrade to this stethoscope sooner! The 3M Littmann 5620 Classic III Stethoscope has completely transformed my clinical practice. Lovely clarity of sound

I brought this as part of my on going training for patient assessment. I wanted something that was good quality and not going to break the bank. I am not disappointed. The ear pieces are comfortable and the performance is good. I liked the range of colours I could choose from.
