Strawberry Sugar Food Mask

I was a little nervous trying this scrub mask because I have sensitive skin and I’ve spent a lot of time repairing my skin barrier from using harsh products in the past. But I knew I needed to add something to my routine for a little exfoliation. I was also a little nervous about the salicylic acid but I needed something that would also get deep into my pores. I have only used this mask once so far and I’m planning on using it once a week. The morning after using this mask my skin was so soft and the few little whiteheads I had were gone! It also smells so good, almost tempting to eat lol

This is another great mask by Skinfood. My favorite used to be the banana yogurt mask (Why they ever quit making this mask😕 I’ll never know.) but this one is quickly becoming my new favorite. This is a sensory experience as soon as you open the jar. The color is eye candy and it looks so creamy if you didn’t know it wasn’t food you would want to eat it (see video) Then the light fruity floral scent instantly relaxes my mind if not my spirit. My skin feels clean and soft after using it. I also like that it doesn’t dry tight like a clay mask so I can leave it on for an hour and not feel like I have to run and wash it off. I find myself looking for excuses to use it. Great job SkinFood! I feel this K-beauty company doesn’t get enough praise on social media but it is a hidden gem 💎.

I have always wanted to try this brand and kept waiting for a certain scrub to come back in stock (it still hasn’t); in the meantime I broke down and bought the honey sugar scrub. It doesn’t feel very exfoliating in terms of texture of the product, but it does a great job of hydrating my skin (oily t-zone, normal/dry everywhere else). The scent is pleasant, not overwhelming and the baby soft skin is smooooth and hydrated. This scrub is going to last me a long time, but I can’t wait to try some of their other products!

I love the simple yet profound elements in this mask. I got the first container from Marshall’s and it had become thick and grainy but it was effective. I wanted another and this new one is like silk.

Love this facial scrub!! Good brand! This strawberry smells so good and is not as "scubby" as the black sugar version, happy face!

Fun product to use. Lasts a long time. Fragrance is Ok, not overwhelming. Not sure if there are any visual results.

My go-to exfoliator. I love Skinfood products and this is one of the best. Easy to do a light or more thorough exfoliation. I'll usually give my face a scrub once or twice a week and then chill in the bath with it on for a while as a mask. It always leaves my skin soft and glowing.

Es una máscara exfoliante que te deja la cara muy bien, hidratada y muy jugosa. La pena es que han variado algo la fórmula antes era más untuosa y el color más rojizo( este es más rosado) y venía con menos azúcar ( traía algo así como que con azúcar moreno de Brasil creo recordar) y más “pepitas de fresa” el olor ahora es algo menos natural tb”… En resumen te queda la cara bien pero no tanto como solía dejarte antes.
