My sister in law introduced me to herbamare and when dieting and cutting back on salt came into play for me.I absolutely loved this spicy salt.It has all the flavors I need to enhance my food without having to put a lot of salt on any of my food.

This is known in my home as "THE GREEN SALT" It's been steeped with herbs & vegetables and brings such a nice flavor to almost anything and nearly everything. It's lower in sodium than most salts. Some of the fake salts that are better for you taste strange, but they are only marginally lower than Vogel's Herbamare, and aren't always easy to control the flow. [Thus, some low-sodium alternatives are saltier, if I can't control the shake amount.] You have to taste it to get why I find it addictive, but it has FLAVOR and is awesome in soups, on veggies, perfect on eggs, and even brings broccoli to new heights without cheese, [win-win-win] great on popcorn [especially with really good quality Greek olive oil, now you will NEVER believe me there, but if you get the chance to try it...then you wll know what I mean!] Vogel's Herbamare Salt has flavor and character to enrich your foods. I love this stuff.
