Useful study aid but does contain some errors eg. the hyoid is NOT a sesamoid bone despite being free floating so worth double checking some of the answers you got "wrong".The book also does not seem to cover facial skincare techniques, contraindications, massage or steaming so not much use for the biggest unit on the level two course!
