This product is amazing. It filters my tap water and makes it taste like bottled water. It has a 5-gallon capacity and fits most standard coolers to dispense hot or cold water. It has a 5-stage filtration system that removes virtually all dissolved solids, including lead, chromium, and PFOA/PFOS. It comes with a free TDS meter that measures the purity of the water. I’ve used Zero Water for years and my container had begun to leak when it was filled to capacity. I received my new one and it seemed to brighten my entire kitchen, love it!!

Highly recommend. Mine open box came damaged..broke big crack. Capacity grate in older ones. Fast speed with two filters. Taste clean cause DI water. Functions well keep level with machine not true level or "Bubble" not there and causes overflow.

Used with our primo water dispenser and it fits perfectly. Easy assembly. Water tastes good. Comes with 2 filters right away which is nice. Great unit

I can't believe I bought a ZeroWater product after the nightmare 23-cup dispenser purchase. 6 out of 7 times that one suffered from airlocks. However, I did like the result when the water did filter through. I also figured the way this jug works should result in no airlocks. Also, since only water and air are getting through and the jug only has to be moved for cleaning, my dispenser will have less clogs and run much cleaner. What's in the box: This product DOES NOT INCLUDE A DISPENSER. If you didn't read the product page, then at least hopefully you're reading it here. Buy or rent a dispenser. Most will work for this. Just make sure you're reading the instructions and calling customer service, as most likely YOU'LL HAVE TO REMOVE THE SPLASH GUARD. That would be the part that sits on top of the dispenser under the jug. It has a nub inside that breaks the seal of the jug. The box includes everything you need you install the jug, including O-rings. I specifically mention O-rings, because mine came with 3, but nowhere in my instructions say where to install O-rings. This is where customer service comes in. First of all, customer service answered right away and was super patient and helpful. We went through the instructions and noticed my instructions had a different Step 4. This is the step where it tells you to install the O-ring inside the threads of the top of the splitter. Also, be sure to remove your cooler's splash guard if it has one. It seems almost all coolers come with splash guards now. Mine came installed pretty tightly, so I was slowly making my way around the edges to make sure I wasn't damaging anything as I pulled it off. Removing it did not void my warranty since it is required for cleaning. Results: Water has been coming out with a 000 reading. It also filters really quickly, and the water level restricter works perfectly to make sure too much water isn't going into the cooler's reservoir. Between that and the jug's lower chamber, I always have plenty of water on demand. I no longer have to be bothered with 5-gallon water jugs taking up space, having to put out the empties, drag in the delivered jugs, most likely have to clean the dispenser less, and most importantly, I can save a little money due to the delivery price increase. So the only complaint so far is the incorrect instructions. And if I could be nitpicky, I wish they had different color choices. White and light blue don't exactly match up with the black and silver dispenser I have. By the way, I have the ReadyRefresh The Allure Series™ Hot & Cold Stainless Steel Water Dispenser.

I was excited about this purchase! Replacing my 5-gallon water delivery was expensive, and I couldn't carry those heavy bottles safely. Assembly and instructions were clear and straightforward, I had the dispenser filled and running within the hour. 3 weeks later the taste and smell of the water changed the filters leaked a strong fishy smell which contaminated the water! I had to empty and clean the dispenser many times until the smell was eliminated. My wife and kids don't want to drink from the dispenser and we resorted to buying bottled water.

I like the unit, except it didn't come with the O-rings that you need to avoid leaking between the top and the bottom chambers. After trying it without them, I'm going to need to acquire some because the leakage is too much.

We added to this our Avalon hot/cold compact water cooler unit, and at first I assumed it must not be compatible because it sat on the unit really strangely, at an awkward angle, and seemed like it could be pushed off without much effort. Then I saw in other reviews and via a YouTube video that in order to make it compatible with a number of water coolers, you need to remove some of the water cooler parts that the jug sits on, specific to standard 5 gallon jugs. I removed a couple of the inserts from the water cooler and worried that it would cause leaking, but filled it cautiously and was ready with towels, and it didn't leak at all and finally fit flush on the water cooler. The pressure of the water filling the water cooler pushes up on the plastic piece at the bottom of the ZeroWater jug, which keeps the water from spilling over and leaking. This is a perfect solution for our small office with no running water, because we can now have clean drinking water, and not have to worry about storing extra water jugs. It's perfect for filling our coffee maker too. We just hit the drinking fountain around the corner from our office and fill up a pitcher every other day, add to the top of this guy, and we have ample water. For our small office, we probably would only technically need to fill it up a few times per month, but that would require multiple trips to fill it up all at once, so are in the habit of adding water more frequently. I like that it comes with a water purity meter too. This thing will pay for itself many times over based on convenience, lack of having to store and move heavy water jugs, and not having to pay for a water service. I would happily purchase again and have already recommended it to others.

Purchased this product to replace an old Greenway water filter unit that wasn't working that well. Testing our town tap water gave us a reading of: 236ppm - filtered with old single filter system: 98ppm - Water tested as filtered through the Zero Water System gave a reading of: 0.00ppm, Awesome! The double filter system really works great, truly is ZERO water! The only con is that the plastic water container is a little on lite side, our old system was of a heavier construction. Hopefully it does not crack, will update the review if necessary. In summary, if you want good clean filtered water this product is a very good buy, you truly get 0 water! Also, no more small plastic water bottles or heavy water cooler containers 😀 Since we just started using this new system I don't know how long the filter life will be, will update the review when it is time to change the filters. Our old single filter system lasted 6 months, hopefully this lasts as long or longer. Thanks for having a look at my review, all the best MPS 😀

Purchased this cooler for my family after my doctor specifically recommended that I buy a ZeroWater filter. Could not be happier with this purchase! Easy to set up, change the filters, and refill. My family is drinking so much more water now, we refill this cooler jug multiple times a day. Everyone notices a clear improvement in our tap water's taste and clarity. This cooler keeps the water SO cold, every sip is crisp and clean. We have not used the hot water feature but I will definitely give it a try next time I plan on making a single cup of tea. I love that it comes with a little device to check the water's cleanliness. We regularly compare our ZeroWater to our regular tap water to see how much cleaner the filter makes it.

Very disappointed. I wanted one of these so badly and when it arrived it was beyond disappointing. I returned it within the hour. First thing I unpacked it all and it didn't see like it was new, but decided to set it up anyways. it went together as expected, but when I opened the filter and un screwed the top off there was water already in the filter, did some research via google and it seems some come with foil some come with the plastic screw off cap, but they are usually always dry. Attached the filters, made sure everything was tight, set it on the watercooler and proceeded to pour in a pitcher of water, it took about 5 seconds to realize the water was going through the filter but also leaking around the threads. Disassembled it all, checked the seals, tightened everything again, added water and more water was leaking from the threads than what was going through the filter, which defeats the entire purpose of having a filter system. I looked closely at the seals again after I took it apart and realized that the blue o rings on the filter didn't seat properly and there was no way to remove and adjust them. At this point I boxed it back up and started a return with Amazon.
