These are a good quality at a reasonable price. I got them to replace wheels on Bakery upright racks. They fit well and roll smooth. Bakery Clerks are happy with new easy rolling racks.

They glide smooth

My old wheels were attached by rivets which were frozen on the bearings. I had to grind off the heads and then hacksaw the shafts because the rivets wouldn't slide out. Not easy. The new wheels were the exact same size and the new bolts were the same diameter as the old rivets. It went together very easily. If I have to do this again it will be a simple matter of unscrewing the nuts from the bolts.I noticed that one reviewer questioned the use of fully threaded bolts instead of shoulder bolts. Well, the wheels on the set that I got spin on the wheel bearings not on the bolt itself. And the nuts that are supplied are the self locking type; they don't come lose on the grocery store carts and they won't come lose here either. I would recommend this product in a heartbeat.

I can’t speak to how long these will last because I just installed them, but they roll really good! After installing, I gave each a spin and was impressed how long they would spin. Worked great for my application.
