Good straightener
My hair is super crispy curly and angry most of the times. I tried it out of the box to test it - as shown on the video - and it worked with the temperature before the hottest (410F) and without using any comb or brush to help smoothen the process. The hair comes out really nice, only issue I personally have is that it’s very “plasticky”, and also the tips at the edges of the plates (where you normally squeeze for more pressure). Only reason I took one star off, works really well though and good value for money.

Doesnt do the job
I thought it would've straightened my daughter's hair or atleast hair wefts but after running over the hair more than 3 times and it doesn't get straight or a bend on the end fustrates me. It gets hot doesn't do the job at all
