This is an excellent product. I started taking it since i got it, I started seeing the result a few days, After I took this product I didn't even have to drink or take fiber. I literally felt the urge to go and things went well. I have taken only about 2 bottles since I started and my regularity is normal today with no side effects or any discomfort, defenitly have the nutrients your body needs to recover the bowel movement to a normal or considerate state.

ADVERTENCIA: tomar 1 sola cápsula cada 8 horas, ya que, el producto dice 60mg de magnesio en la etiqueta, pero en la descripción dice 400mg.Me tomé 4 pastillas juntas 1 vez al día porque según la etiqueta, serían 240mg, que está por debajo de los 250 diarios que recomiendan. Pero, según la descripción serían más. Aun así, no he tenido malestares ni efectos raros, pero tomaré 1 sola cada 8 horas.
