Be warned, internal dimensions are not accurate and as listed here (hence dropping a star). Instead these match the black version of the case which contains a compartment that stretches across the width of the case. Fine for a strat, will need modding for anything longer (Rickenbacker 480 here, fits with a nudge and brute force). Otherwise seems solidly made and good quality for the price. Lining is soft and should protect from scratches and dings far better than a gig bag.

I recently inherited a home built Strat from a dear friend who passed away and I bought this Cahaya Case to keep it safe when I am not playing it. My Strat fits nicely, the padding in the lid keeps the guitar nice and stable and it doesn't wobble around when being carried. The balance is nice too. Some cases have the handle in the wrong place, but this one is bang on. I am not going to gig this guitar, but I know I could happily put this case in the motor and my guitar would be safe when travelling. It's a well built case, very sturdy and the perfect size for my guitar.

My Strat fits like a glove and compartment is handy for lead strap etc. Great product ,Highly recommend

I like the lightweight construction which doesn’t take away damage resistance. The closer fit well and are easy to open and close. The case will balance with the top open and guitar out, many of previous guitar cases would not. The inside finish gives good protection for you pride and joy and the storage space adequately separates cables and plugs from the guitar.the outside finish is ok and corner protection, whilst visible, doesn’t look as thought it would a 20 gig tour. Overall for stowing and protecting your guitar it does the job. And at the price charged I think it is more than worth the money

Wasn’t expecting Much from the case just for it to work, but it is much better built and feels a lot nicer than I was expecting. I brought a Gear4Music case a while ago and it feels flimsy in comparison. Plus it fits my LTD EC-256 which I wasn’t expecting but is a welcomed bonus. The only downside is that the pocket is too shallow to hold pedals. I’ve got a couple tc electronic and behringer pedals and they are too tall.

Very nice case - sturdy body and plush interior, Telecaster fits well. Seems to be the same case you can find for more than double the price.

This is in no way a long term review and is just first thoughts. With that out of the way, the case seems pretty nice. there was a slight blemish on it when I was taking it out of the box (pictured below) but I mean it’s a case and an 80$ case at that so I’m not gonna ding it for that. The padding doesn’t seem crazy thick however I don’t think it’s gonna cause an issue down the line. Depending on your body style ie my schecter c1 it may float slightly both on the body side and the neck support leaving the head stock to take the weight and although that bothers me, again it’s an 80$ hard case so this is something I’m just gonna solve with a cloth. The storage compartment is pretty large although not pictured I think I could probably fit some cleaner and a few rags, picks, ect. Another thing I wanna mention is that an 8 string actually fits better than my 6 string which I found kind of funny and no one talked about in the reviews so a big win for us 8 string players. To sum up my rambling; time will tell how this holds up but for now I would probably buy another one of these!

Appears to be good quality, well made, tough on the outside and well padded inside. I am very pleased with this item. I have other Cahaya branded items, so will happily buy more in the future.
