These are small but good weight to incorporate as part of a shoulder routine, aerobic exercise, etc.

My wife and I use these for shadow boxing rounds, or a target number per round, on the Airodyne bike, perfect size and weight, #1, no elbow tendinitis or pain. Have had them for about 6 mos and they are a part of our daily training.

The Egg Weights are fantastic and everything I wanted when I purchased them my only biggest complaint is that the 30 day fitness help with the Egg Weights is crap the online website for eggweights.com is crap and you cannot even logon to be able to get your free 30 days to help you work out with these egg weights so if you were counting on that the most when you purchased this, I would not purchase, but the Egg Weights are fantastic. Wish I could get a partial refund because the 30 day help does not work.

Great for travel, warm up and cardio boxing drills. You will be surprised how quickly you can wear out your upper shoulders and arms while getting a cardio workout.

Remarkable engineering and build. Very compact, very dense feeling and snug fit in the hand. Rather than a dumbbell, it makes your hand/fist feel heavy. Perfect for movement in any direction, any pattern. Worth every penny, nothing else like them. Fantastic!
