Excellent taste and texture. A little fluffy in the pastry!
These are some of the best Eccles cakes. I used to buy Eccles cakes at the British pantry In Redmond wa. BUT these cakes are better!

Best Brittish pastry that we can get quickly.
These are one of my favorite treats and I am thrilled that they freeze nicely. I just pop them in the toaster and just barely brush the top with butter and they are truly delightful.

Incredibly Delicious!
So fresh, soft, and full of raisins and currants! Excellent with my cuppa Earl Grey in the evening. Delicious! I am ordering some more!! Highly recommend!

taste as good as they look
Best before date was August 2025 but tasty nevertheless. 10 seconds in the micro and more butter. Cheerio!! I would purchase again.

New Favorite
I had never heard of these, but they are so delicious. Its not as sweet as I was expecting, and it's a little dry, but for some reason both of those things make it better. The crust is just a normal short crust, not like a sweet bakery crust which I really liked. It all just works perfectly together.

Scrumptious
Until Covid these pastries were available at several stores locally but was only able to find them when visiting UK. Now can order them through Amazon makes life so much easier. They have a decent shelf life and certainly taste great.
