What size is the mesh?

Fine weave - has worked great for pressing cider, nothing but juice seeps through. Haven't used them for berries, but seems fine enough small seeds wouldn't get through.

Are there instructions on how to clean these for re-use?

No but depending on what I ferment in them I use oxy clean free to clean mine

What micron size is it ?

It does not state mess size. I have used it to filter mash. Hope this helps. This includes small yeast residue

Should barely fit my 20 gal pot but 20# of grain is not much. Is that really the max it will support?

The bag fills a 5 gallon bucket, so it may accommodate slightly more than 20lbs. of grain but probably not much more than 25lbs. As to whether or not the bags seams will hold the 25lbs. of grain and liquid that goes with it, is another question.
