I wanted to test this pan in a real, everyday cooking situation - not just a quick demo - so I made a full dinner with chicken and vegetables on my gas stove. For context, I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment, so there is no outdoor grill involved here at all. At one point while cooking, my daughter actually asked me, “When did we get a grill?” — because the smell and look of the food was that convincing. Cooking performance: I preheated the pan and started cooking at 6:00 PM, using a small amount of olive oil on both the pan and the food. I have a traditional gas stove. No sticking - even with sauce: Nothing stuck during cooking, even after adding a teriyaki glaze. The chicken flipped cleanly, and the pan handled sauce without burning or sticking. Even heat across the entire surface: Everything cooked evenly with no noticeable hot or cold spots, even while cooking multiple items at once. Verified doneness across every piece: I temp-checked each piece of chicken individually before adding the glaze, and all of them reached safe internal temperatures (over 200°F). This showed consistent cooking across the whole pan. Great usable space: I was able to cook both protein and vegetables at the same time while keeping them separated, which made it practical for real meals (and helpful for food safety while cooking). 🔥 Real grill flavor (not just looks): One thing that genuinely surprised me is that the food didn’t just look grilled, it actually tasted like real grilled food, like straight off a barbecue. The grill ridges create proper searing and browning, giving that slightly charred, grilled flavor you normally only get from an outdoor grill. The chicken had true grill marks with flavor to match, and even the vegetables picked up that lightly charred taste. Real-life cook time: From preheated pan to a fully cooked meal, this took about 25 minutes total - cooking everything at once, not in batches. My meal was made for 3 people to share. That makes this a really practical option for everyday dinners. 🧼 Cleanup & maintenance: Cleanup was surprisingly easy, even after cooking with a glaze. After rinsing with hot water, about 85% of the residue came off immediately without even touching a sponge to it. The remaining bits were minimal and came off easily with a light spray dish cleaner and absolutely no scrubbing. Nothing felt stuck or baked-on, which is impressive since sauces like this usually leave behind stubborn residue. This is the kind of pan you don’t dread cleaning after dinner. 📏 Size, weight & handling: This is a fairly large and solid pan, measuring about 19 inches long and roughly 10.5–11 inches wide, and it weighs around 3.6 lbs. (I was surprised by how solid it was so and got myself on the scale - then again while holding the pan to record its actual weight). It feels sturdy and well-made - not flimsy - but the size and weight are definitely noticeable. Because of the length, it doesn’t fit flat in a standard sink, so I had to wash it at an angle. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The size is great for cooking full meals, but it’s something to consider for storage and cleaning. Instructions & important notes: This pan comes with a double-sided instruction sheet that includes important usage guidelines that aren’t clearly listed on the product page. Things like: • Recommended heat levels (low to medium) • Hand washing to maintain the coating • Avoiding metal utensils • General care instructions I definitely recommend reading this before using the pan to get the best results and avoid damaging the surface. ⚠️ Things to be aware of: • Best used on low to medium heat • Not compatible with induction cooktops • Larger size may require a properly sized burner • Heavier than standard pans, so use two hands when handling ✅ Final thoughts: This isn’t just a pan that looks like a grill - it actually performs like one. Between the even cooking, real grilled flavor, easy cleanup, and ability to cook a full meal at once, this feels like a genuinely useful addition to the kitchen. This is a very nice griddle ,I was able to use the whole griddle to cook my eggs ,sausage and potatoes and have only the griddle to clean

Nice and light. Wish there were handles or something to hold it. It slips while on top of the stove and there’s no way to hold in place. Other than that this is a really good value. Careful as once it heats up it is hot and doesn’t cool for a while. Be patient heating it up.

Absolutely love my griddle grill! My new electric stove has the ability to heat the entire left side like it was all one burner. With it being a glass top I was concerned about using something on it but this does not damage the cooktop at all. The nonstick surface is wonderful as well. Since it is reversible it also saves space from not having to store 2 different grills. I've used it for grilled cheese, pancakes and French toast on the smooth side and cooked bacon, pork chops and even steak on the other.

Lightweight, easy to clean, and cooks evenly. We love this pan! It's our go-to for cooking most meals now. You can fit 8 pieces of bread on it for French toast. It will also allow you to cook at least 8 fried eggs at a time (maybe more). We used the gridded side for breakfast sausage and liked how the fat could run off. We are really happy with our purchase of this griddle pan!

This pan is great! It's a good size and cleans up beautifully. The non-stick surface has performed well for both pancakes and French toast. I heat it up slowly as the instructions specify , and let it cool completely before hand-washing. I only use a silicone spatula on it and so far no scratches. It's a good weight - not too thin or overly heavy. The heat seems to get distributed well across the pan.

Perfect for indoor 2 burner stovetop cooking (I have a 4 burner gas stove). The size perfectly fits my stove and easily accommodates 4 large chicken breasts. Very even heating across the griddle top and it creates beautiful grill marks on the chicken (literally just received it and tested it out). Cleaning up is a breeze, the ceramic coating is durable yet the overall weight is surprisingly light for the size. Tomorrow is the burger test and I expect the results will be just as awesome as the chicken. The only recommendation I would suggest to the manufacturer is to design a lid for this griddle to allow covered cool down of the meat after cooking. This griddle would make a great gift for the cooking enthusiast in your life!

I like the pan. I had it for 14 mos. and it still cooks well. Paid $31 for it. I like the drain pockets and there location. I like the holes for hooks. The size and dimensions is perfect for my stove. I do kind of wish the pan had a 70/30 & 30/70 surface ratio between grill surface and griddle surface on each side. The ratio can vary a little but the point is this would add more versatility to the cooking surfaces. There is some discoloration at this point and warping that is making me consider buy another, or even a different one. I was looking to see if it has a warranty but I don't see one advertised here, so I'll probably give another brand a try. I would recommend this, but be careful how you heat and cool it because it is prone to warping easily.

As with all the SENSARTE pots & pans I’ve purchased to date, I am equally pleased with their griddle/grill pan. It cooks food evenly, and its size lets you prepare eggs & bacon or pancakes together. AND as a bonus, it cleans up super easy — no scraping or scrubbing needed (even if you burned a bit food, haha).

Great grill top just wish it didn't slide around when trying to stir or get food off .

Great for cooking breakfast, dinner or whatever. Fits perfectly on my Genesis Jet boil and Furion propane stovetop. Love being able to cook everything on one flat top without having a bunch pots and pans to clean up after.
