Similar to slightly older versions of MS Office, with just a few less features. Easy to learn. Can embed music or video in PPT type presentations. Really great price as opposed to MS Office stuff which has just served to make Bill Gates one of the richest men in the world by over-charging for his products. :-( I have not needed any tech support, so did not rate that part of it. I would buy this over MS Office any day, if for no reason than to break the MS monopoly. BG and MS need to lower prices.

I bought it thinking it a replacement for Windows 10 Pro Office suite, which it isn't!

Very unhappy with this product. This is neither user friendly or have any bookkeeping programs ready to use. I asked the seller before I bought it and they said yes on both counts. I only wish I'd downloaded to check it out when I got it, now I'm stuck with it. I feel like I was robbed :(
