Cheap decal, but it works
I just taped this to the wall in my boat. Definitely overpriced for just a thin stick-on decal. I was expecting a plastic plaque. You could easily save money by printing one yourself and having it laminated (or use clear package tape).

Item arrived bent
Item was packaged in a thin envelope and the decale was bent on two of the edges. There was also no instructions as to where on your boat this decal should be displayed. Is there a Coast Guard requirement?
