I use these primarily with my hair shampoo. I apply a few hair care and styling products on my hair and live in an area with hard water, so I have to use a water softener. Often times I have felt like my hair could never get quite rinsed out and clean enough. I developed some kind of a heat rash on my head because I live in a very hot area during the summer, and my scalp just did not feel clean enough nor quite right. I bought a couple of these and started using them with my shampoo, and what a game changer! I feel like I can scrub all of the dirt and the residue off of my head, and when I rinse my hair, everything feels nice and clean. I know scalps can get build up of different things, and I know that some of those build-ups are difficult to remove from the hair and can clog your hair follicles. These scrubbers have been wonderful for me, my itchy, rashy scalp cleared up, and I now use these every time I wash my hair. I like the fact that the spiky part of the scrubbers are nice and big and thick enough to where they won’t break off. They are very sturdy and well made. I had a scalp scrubber before, and the teeth on it were so tiny that they kept breaking off. This has been a marvelous tool for me. I don’t use it on any other parts of my body, because I feel like the teeth are too big and too hard and I do have sensitive skin. But I feel like my scalp is invigorated every time I use it, and it looks like my hair is getting thicker and it styles better because it is cleaner … I don’t think my hair has truly ever been this clean. They are very easy to hold onto as you scrub, and your fingers fit right around it, letting you control the pressure. I highly recommend these to anybody, especially those who want to get their scalp extra clean and invigorated!!

I’ve been wanting to try one of these for a while, after researching things to help with my winter time dry scalp. I use it about three times a week with shampoo, and it helped noticeably after the first use. It helps cleanse my scalp (I have long, curly hair, hard to get my fingers through, or water sometimes) and has greatly reduced any itchiness or dry areas I could feel. The silicone tips have not tangled my hair, they aren’t too hard or too soft and the shape of the tool is comfortable in my hand. Great value overall.
