These are very strong with firm closure to use as a keychain piece. Carryability - Absolutely you could hand hold these and use for self defense. Good palm grip size. The Straw Cleaner Brush is Perfect as it make for the same material. Tip has a piece to prevent metal point injury. Very Awesome Straw to keep around. Glad I got two boxes. Yes appearance is good for any social setting as well, even if formal setting leaves you needing one.

This 4-pack is super convenient for cruising—compact, reusable, and easy to pack. They definitely make organizing and keeping track of things on the ship much easier. The quality feels good, and they held up well during my trip. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish they were just a little sturdier/heavier duty for long-term use. Still, they worked perfectly for my cruise and are a great value for the set.

Love these and perfect for crusing! And come with a cleaning brush. Only down side was the rubber part for sipping kept coming off

Love these reusable straws to take with us when we went on our last cruise! They're compact, easy to travel with and way better than the candy straws the cruise lines offer! I love these as a great option when I go out to eat anywhere that straws aren't offered or paper straws are the only options (aquariums or restaurants near oceans). These collapsible straws are easy to clean and fold up into themselves, go right into their little carriers. The only issue I ended up having was when the rubber tip fell off a couple of them -- and that really wasn't even that big of a deal for me at the end of the day.

These are just okay... We purchased these for our cruise, since the cruise gives you sugar straws (that get all slimy.. yuck!). These were nice because of the carabiner, but the top piece where you drink out of kept coming off. If that soft plastic part stayed on, it would be 5 stars!

Great for a cruise and also hand to keep one in my bag for dining out. Love the silicone tips so I don't bump my teeth with metal. Great little containers and cleaning brushes. Mine even fit in my dishwasher basket - the straw part stands in it without falling through and I remove the silicone tips and just use a twist tie to attach to the rack so everything gets cleaned and sterilized.

In a bid to reduce single use straws I came across these so they can just live in my handbag ready for use. Great it came in a multi pack so everyone in the house can have one. Love the telescopic cleaning brush...it's the best.
