Good product, not very adjustable
The sound quality is great, the headphone is comfortable. It is just a little bit too small for my head, though, and I find myself regularly repositioning it to compensate for the fit.

Works with PC, doesn't work with Samsung S21 USB-C after software update. No help from Jabra.
It should work with Samsung S21 and Note 20 USB-C port, but it doesn't!

Short life. I liked the headset but failed after one year.

High Cost ! for Low Sound !
High Cost for Low Sound, I can't believe the cost of this headpiece for such low quality sound. They spent all the money on the comfort, ear cushion, and cabling, and they skimped out on the amplification of the audio. I will be returning this product ASAP.
