WedgwoodCuckoo Teacup & Saucer Set

I gave this as a Christmas gift for a friend who collects tea sets - she loved it! One reviewer reported the color (peach) was "garish," but to me it looked exactly as pictured and was not garish. The little cuckoo is adorable! Also very well packaged in a beautiful blue Wedgwood box, all I had to do was add a bow! This tea cup is really fancy. Small but elegant

Exactly as shown in the picture. Love the Wedgwood pastel blue packing with secured packing. The artwork is gorgeous with the light blue design. It clearly shows the class of Wedgwood.

Wedgewood really knows how to pack a teacup. I have never had a Wedgewood teacup break on me in shipping. It is beautiful (but delicate), I never test the dishwasher toughness of these, I always wash by hand, so I cant help you if you're wondering how sturdy they will be.

Comes in a very pretty light blue and gold Wedgwood round box, everything arrived safely in pristine condition. Colours are just a tad warmer than pictured, so the leaves are green instead of blue, even nicer! Makes a wonderful gift, for soneone else or yourself.

Beautiful cup with clean and detailed printing. I love the colors, but it feels slightly off. As others have noted, the cup is thicker than expected - which I'm fine with, but the handles are too delicate for the size of the cup. With a full cup of tea, it feels imbalanced to hold it the two finger way.

I have several components of this tea set. I love the colorful look of it. The bird images make me anxious for spring. Tea tastes wonderful when served in tea cups.
