Yes it’s perfectly hard for teething babies, so for a baby who is not teething can be hard to chew without having front teeths to break but was perfect for my baby who had liked the taste and helped in his teething days making him less cranky. You can try one pack coz the taste is good but even if your child doesn’t like it for some reason which should not be d case you can eat it .
