I bought this as a high-gloss, durable finish for re-finished antique and vintage metal tool surfaces. It performs great - goes on smoothly and evenly, without much overspray. Dries pretty quickly and after a few coats, it leaves a durable and attractive finished surface. Very nice!

This Rust-Oleum Engine Enamel in Gloss Black is the real deal. Goes on smooth, dries fast, and holds up to serious heat. Used it to touch up some engine parts and it looks factory fresh. Highly recommend it for any project.

Worked great! Very bright
I sprayed my transmission pan after service and the color popped really well I got the ford red it sprayed very nice and i got it in less than 3 days , i was able to put the pan on about half an hour after I sprayed it I am very impressedThis is an update on this review my brother liked my pan so much he did his and used my can to make it the same color I definitely recommend this can 😂

got the job done
This worked great on a pellet stove that was rusted way past acceptable. Granted, I'll probably lose points with the almighty for making the stove look better than it was, but I'll take my chances. Good paint.

Great color for a vintage Ford engine
