I wasn’t sure what to expect from this book when I purchased it and I was even more skeptical when I saw how thin the book was (114 pages). I just finished reading it and found it hard to put it down! It’s pack full of fabulous quotes to motivate, direct information to help you along, and some real talk to push you to success! I purchased this book because I run a small business. I was looking for a push to get over some “mind obstacles”. This was EXACTLY what I needed to push myself to do more, see more, and work harder. I’m excited to put to use all these ideas!

All key points about leadership skills were well narrated. Short stories are impressive and it created a good impact to know the importance of listening,learning and leading.

The entire book felt like it was a summary of more to come but nothing more ever came. Overall it's worth the short amount of time invested to read the book but if you are looking for more depth you may not be completely satisfied.

An engaging read for those of us leading a team, or even our own family, through the ups and downs of the pandemic. The only thing it seems we can count on right now is change, amirite? Gary Burnison does a great job in Leadership U giving straight-forward advice with a personal touch to help navigate these uncertain times. I highly recommend this book to anyone out there in a position of leadership seeking practical tips.
