What's the shelf life on these dehydrated marshmallows?

Once opened, the taste is good for maybe a year? Never had any taste stale. But the texture changes after 2-3 months by getting softer believe it or not. The longer you wait, the more moisture they'll absorb and the less fresh they'll seem. With my next purchase, I plan to vacuum seal them into smaller portions and then only have one portion "aging" at a time. Adding the "do not eat" silica packs will definitely help the longevity too. I've already tried that. Even if you don't vacuum seal them into smaller portions. Exposure to air ages everything. In this case, it's the moisture.

What is the expiration date on these if i decide to order them today?

What flavor are they? Are they like the white marshmallows, a vanilla flavor?

To me, all colors taste the same, which is kind of like a white marshmallow. If you ever had Lucky Charms, they taste like those little marshmallows.
