Who knew you could love a replacement part this much. My wipers were chattering badly like 80% of the time, and were barely able to return to the lower, and parked positions sometimes. I did try to re-adjust and lubricate everything, but it didn't help. Figured it must be the motor, so I order this and swapped it out. THE SOUND!! The first time I tried the wipers I felt like I was in a brand new car, not only because of the way the wipers functioned, but the sound that goes along with it. Before it had sounded tired and worn out. . .and of course the chattering. Might seem like a silly thing to get excited about, but it's one of those things that makes an old vehicle feel significantly newer from the drivers seat. It's been a few months, so far so good. This motor is still going strong, and still has the "new" sound.
