Will these fit my p320 x compact? i have a rmr plate from springer precision with a rear sight opening.

The front sight will fit but the rear slide would need to be milled for the rear sight if there's room behind the RMR.

How does the rear sight mount to the xcompact slide, with the Romeo1 Pro installed?

My first answer was not for the P320, duh. The X and compact models have the same slide, the difference is in the grip and capacity. These sights should work with it, assuming the dovetails are standard to SIG Sauer. Anyway, the type of MRD wouldn't matter as the front side of the rear sight is perpendicular to slide, the rear side is offset over the slide.
