How long is this from suction cup to section cup when put together, my windows only 22 inches wide, would this fit?

With the suction cups on it measures 24.5 in. My window only had 22.5 in so I just hacksawed off 2 inches from the 2 long sections and it worked perfectly.

Will this work for chonker kitties? My cat is tubby, almost a chungus

Yes your Chonker Kitties will fit . I have two Sphynx & one is definitely my chubby girl . Both fit & sleep on it together. The suckers for the window are great & strong . It’s easy to clean & last a long time . Had mine for 2 years .best decision i made because the other one sucked . Hope this helps

Is this foldable? Trying to figure out if I'll have to remove it every time I want to close the blinds/curtains

You just pull the bars out of the lower suction cups attached to the window. No need to remove the suction cups. Then the seat hangs flat against the window from the wires. Open up your shades in the morning and push the bars back in to the suction cups. Very easy to do.

One of my bend tubes broke, is there any way I can reach customer support for a replacement? I have looked everywhere to contact them...

If you are handy or know someone who is, I would recommend going to the hardware store and replace with PVC pipe and 90 degree fittings.
