We like these paper towel holders so much we bought another one for our upstairs bathroom. We initially purchased them during covid for our workplace and workplace bathroom during Covid, but we like them so much we put them in our home too. They look very attractive and they're easy to reload with towels, and when we have guests they can use them instead of a cloth towel to dry their hands.

I was doing some updates to my training studio and decided to try this for the paper towel dispenser in the public bathroom. It matched perfectly the shelf setup I bought for bath towels and client storage. But the absolute best thing about it is that the Kleenex Hand Towels I love so much fit PERFECTLY in the dispenser!!! I was so excited! It's pretty sturdy material as well. It came with all installation hardware and was very easy to install! I'm so happy with this purchase and plan on getting a couple for home use, too!

I purchased this to put in my downstairs guest bathroom. Although a somewhat large, full bath, the vanity is an antique Victorian one with barely enough room for the bowl of the sink so putting anything on it was just out of the question. Further, I didn't like the idea of "guest towels" as half the time it would end up a soggy mess by the end of an evening of entertaining (I generally do group stuff here at the house). Besides, towels are just a bit more clean and people don't worry about using a dirty guest towel over and over. My experiences with this pretty much echo everyone else that have reviewed it - relatively easy to install, but I think it could have been made better with pre-drilled holes instead of trying to come up with a template and get it right based off the mounts on the back of the unit. Like another user who suggested to strengthen and stabilize it on the wall, I did add a wood screw in the very center of the dispenser right at the bottom of the dip on the front of the unit - this makes sure it is REALLY on the wall and can take the pulling and beating it gets from usage. Besides, since I used yellow tipped wood deck screws from HD, they blend right in and with casual glances, you really don't see it (see pic). Also, like other users, I find that if you stack it with premium towels (a full stack) they will tear when pulling out of the bottom. One user suggested routing the bottom hole a little wider to reduce the stress on the towel during pulling; while I haven't done that *YET*, that may come as it can get frustrating. I have found though that just stacking a smaller amount of towels reduces the weight and stress enough that they don't rip as easily. All in all, an excellent dispenser - would just be nice if you didn't have to modify it so much to work for your situation.

Bought a couple of these to sit on a counter top. The quality looks great and it won't look out of place in a nice kitchen or where ever. The wood has a nice even finish and looks great.

This dispenser looks very chic on my kitchen counter. I love that I don't have to fumble around with a roll of paper towels. I may be purchasing another for my guest bathroom. So much easier than a using a roll of paper towels because you only need one hand to grab and there's no tearing off or using too many sheets. Less wasteful. Thankful for this product! UPDATE: After two years on the counter, I decided to wall mount it! I love this dispenser! Even easier to grab a quick towel, right where I need it! Thank you, seller!

Look pretty but absolutely will not dispense paper towel. It rips it. I guess there isn’t enough glide at the opening?!? Who knows, but it’s utterly frustrating. I already had it mounted so my wall in studio would need to be repaired so I’m living with it but will we have to keep the pretty bamboo lid off to access paper towels from the top. The bamboo / white color combo was the reason we bought it. Waste of money

This was a very stylish choice for paper towels, but was difficult to install on the wall. The paper towels are also kind of hard to pull out. We have just a hand full of clients that use our restroom and we wanted a disposable and more sanitary choice for them vs. a real towel. It looks stylish. it is very durable, but these fuctional features need to be addressed - and I had a hard time figuring out which paper towels to buy! I ended up with tri-fold and they work ok, but as I mentioned you have to pull with both hands to keep the paper towels from ripping when you pull them out. It works good enough for my situation that I am not going to return it, but I can only really recommend it for countertop dispensing.

So far we’ve been really impressed. With the new tool added it makes the paper towels come out easier. My kids are getting better at getting the towels out as well, even if was a learning curve.

We received this paper towel dispenser last week and we couldn’t be happier. The quality and finish of the wood is excellent and much better than others we’ve looked at, especially the commercial plastic ones. This one is sturdy and waterproof, a must for us. It also looks great mounted on our wall. Highly recommended in and out of the bathroom!

Es de mejor calidad de la esperada, pensaba que era plástico y tapa de bambú y es todo de madera maciza, la parte blanca también. La tapa lleva imanes para no caerse. Me ha gustado mucho pero por su precio 32€ creo que la pieza interior que sirve para distribuir los tissues debería venir barnizada igual que la tapa y no viene...viene virgen ...sin barnizar ni nada, en la foto se puede ver, es la pieza de arriba, es la única pega, por lo demás funciona perfectamente y es un dispensador muy bonito y de muy buena calidad.
